How to send a fax by email

1. Open a new e-mail message
You can use any standard e-mail program, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, and others, or even your web-based mail, such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail.

2. Enter the fax number in the "To:" field
Enter the recipient's number with the country code like this: 00496523254854@fax.tc, always starting with "00" or "+".

3. Enter your message and/or add attachments
You can enter your message as text in the mail's body and/or attach standard files, such as Word .DOC or Acrobat .PDF.

4. Send your e-mail as usual
Outgoing faxes look just like mail in your Sent Items mailbox. Receive a confirmation e-mail message about success/failure of the fax. Additionally, you may view the outgoing fax queue through our web-based interface.
